Position: Director of Sales
Reports to: Managing Directors
Scorpios is looking for an ambitious and talented Director of Sales who will be responsible for the expansion of our clientele list and help us meet our growth objectives. The successful candidate will have to develop and implement Scorpios sales strategy, sales plan and will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of Scorpios sales department. The Director of Sales will be the front line of Scorpios who will interact constantly with third parties and partners in order to pursue the attraction of new sales prospects.
Cultivate and implement strategic sales plan with the aim to accomplish the sales targets and to grow Scorpios clientele
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth, through effective cooperation with the sales team
Identify potential markets and selling possibilities through networking and social media
Deliver presentation of sales, revenue and expenses reports to the Managing Directors
Constantly negotiate on new and existing sales ventures, closing deals and maintaining beneficial business relationships
Responsible for setting Scorpios selling prices through monitoring the actual costs and the existing competition
Requirements + Candidate Profile
Proven working experience as a Director of Sales for minimum 5 years in 5* Hotels, High-End Restaurants or comparable, in terms of quality, Beach Compounds
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration- Management or relevant field
Verified capability to implement the sales plan from the planning phase to completion phase
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
Very good knowledge of English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus
European Union Nationality with available working permission
Extrovert individual with excellent interpersonal skills
Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
Outstanding leadership and organizing skills. Ability to motivate colleagues and lead by example
Positive attitude and ability to perform proficiently under pressure

Scorpios offers a seasonal working contract from April to October.
