The Beach manager is leading the beach team, achieves goals and ensures that the beach area with sunbeds operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. He must coordinate a variety of activities, e.g. controlling, managing stock levels, daily and weekly reportings, staff control and sales. He is responsible for the business performance of the beach area, as well as maintaining high standards of beverages, service, and health and safety. Beach management combines strategic planning and day-to-day management activities.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Making use of a restaurant management system (POS).
To clean all inside and outside areas of the Scorpios Beach Club thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of Scorpios Beach Club cleanliness.
A part of this job is the laundry. The cleaner needs to perform all stages of linen processing. Retrieve dirty linens, normally unsorted, from housekeeping rooms. Sort and count articles to verify quantities on laundry lists. Separate linens by type (sheets, towels, blankets, etc.). Place dirty linens in washer and ensure proper setting for wash cycle. Remove wet wash from washers and place in dryer at appropriate settings. Fold and stack clean, dry linens in designated place on linen carts. Remove and properly dispose of damaged fabrics.
COMMIS DE CUISINE (YOUNG CHEF)
The Commis des Cuisine (Young Chef) is performing basic cooking and is supporting the Sous Chef with the daily food preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations or other areas of the kitchen.
A controller at Scorpios Beach Club you in the position of serving as a professional guardian over the finances of the business. On a daily basis, you're responsible for the financial health and welfare of a part of the restaurant and bars, guarding against overspending and protecting economic resources. You may even discover you're something of a heroine when, under your guardianship, a restaurant or bar area flourishes as a result of your financial acumen. The controller is reporting to the head controller and make sure all records of the restaurant or bar area s/he is responsible are accurate.
The dishwasher cleans dishes, the kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils and is sorting / removing trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
HOST / HOSTESS
A host/hostess performs a first tier job; this means that any customer coming into the Scorpios Beach Club will be greeted by a host/hostess initially. Possessing the role of first contact, a host/hostess position is extremely important as a customer will deem the rest of the hospitality setting as good or bad as the first point of contact is portrayed.
HEAD WAITER / WAITRESS

Looking approachable and professional is of utmost importance. To lead the waiting staff whilst on their shift, and monitor waiting duties through to completion. To handle work-related problems and resolve them. Serving food and drinks.
The kitchen helper is performing a variety of food preparation tasks and keeps the kitchen and storage areas clean.
The job of a Maintenance Man involves repairing, servicing and up keep of all the units and systems of a facility. The Maintenance Man works under the Maintenance Manager and needs to be conversant with all safety standards and procedures of working.
